so I just got to Nashville for the NFL Draft hanging out here for a couple of days and it's like these stores find me I don't know what it is but peep I was driving to Walmart go on and pick up some allergy medicine because legit I'm dying I like stepped outside for a second and I'm my eyes are itching my throat is closing I'm sneezing but on the way look what I saw you already know what time it is it's definitely not gonna compare to the one by my house but if I see one I told you it's automatic I gotta go so I'm gonna check it out see if they got any good swag I'll keep you posted and let you know but it's not a coincidence these stores are bangers and they find me alright peace about to leave already poor whites this about the same praise colors and colors and colors $5.00 okay so I'm going to restaurant my boy who lives in Nashville recommended it's called like 12 Street Tavern or something like that but supposedly from 9:00 to 11:00 on Monday nights they have live music who have limes here look you know how we get down on those from Atlanta but supposedly from 9:00 to 11:00 they have live music but I'm just trying to chill just maybe get something to eat maybe have a beer and listen to some music would be cool because it's Nashville so we'll see how it is I'm excited because he's a mood like a music guru so he knows all the spots so we'll see how it how the food is and also how the music is I'll let you know peace room good music good food and now I'm enjoying a nice little ice cream cone so that was a good spot I like the music food was good bartender was a cool dude overall authentic Nashville bar restaurant I enjoyed it so good night good first night alright I'm gonna enjoy this go to bed peace out alright going to a breakfast spot in Nashville I looked up it's called Nashville biscuit house that looks pretty gangster but it should be good I'll show you the sign come on with an authentic sign like that you know it's got to be really good alright I'm gonna go in so the prices were good eggs and home fries were pretty good the biscuit was good but the pancakes were straight garbage overall it was okay I'm full but food was pretty wack with a name like Nashville biscuit house it's got to be a lot better than that like it's got a like be banging and it was there so that was breakfast all right Nissan Stadium gonna go look you Nissan Stadium home of the Tennessee Titans field getting watered they might be having some events this weekend but a beautiful stadium I saw a couple of stray cats running around that was a little creepy but a lot of playoff memories in this stadium Steve McNair Eddie George Frank wycheck why check through a Hail Mary pass it could have been a forward lateral at the end of a playoff game and at NFC it was the N it don't know there's the AFC wild card game against the Buffalo Bills threw a pass that was considered a forward pass but they went on to win beat the bills I think they went to the Super Bowl that year but this place gets rowdy a lot of people in this stands going crazy price that's over a hundred thousand but the field looks beautiful right now it's nice and peaceful usually coaches and players will come and run the stairs when it's quiet just to get that you know peaceful serenity and you know when they do that and they play in a game and people are going crazy screaming they just envision that and they could throw a touchdown or make it like a nice run or a good throw but yeah it's it's cool it's cool to be in here field just looks gorgeous I'd love to be a professional player getting that paycheck but I'm not so I will just fantasize about it but Tennessee is crazy they probably play then go across the street and wile out at the bars on Broadway right afterward it's because it's very very close but that's Nashville this is Nissan Stadium home of the Tennessee Titans and this year's NFL Draft all right peace out [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] Terry Collins your giant great Chris Johnson New York jet great stadiums pretty cool they're doing all they're putting the grass down and now you can see the Titans logo there but uh this place is sweet just walking around seeing it a little bit yeah this place gets rowdy on game day all right I'm walking across the bridge here to get to downtown there's actually some birds right there thinking if I should hop all in one of them and take it across the bridge I might I'm a little nervous I would JIT just saw a girl riding one fell back on it and hit her head on the concrete no joke and then some dude with a helmet on right behind her was like that's why she should be wearing a helmet like yeah so I might hop on one right now cuz people are riding them and it's only a 15-minute walk but I think for like a dollar fifty I could ride on that the LimeWire one I think it's partnered with Hoover so might hop on that we'll see it's gorgeous down here look behind me Nashville Skyline walking across the bridge is gorgeous beautiful day hopefully hear some music get some food maybe have something to drink but absolutely gorgeous out here people are friendly alright on Broadway a lot of places play music walking past Broadway brew house went by Kid Rock's restaurant is like four stories high but a lot going on look behind me that's downtown Tennessee not too many people right now but I'm sure at night it gets ridiculous but yeah I'm walking into a more crowded spot right in front of Tootsie's right on Broadway music everywhere NFL Draft so it's easy super-famous a lot of people perform their celebrity why's what the Broadway is crazy you can see the draft stage all the way down at the end of the strip I'm gonna walk down there it's all the way back there I fell drop stage pretty sweet right at the bottom of Broadway about to bill grub grub grub grub grub my place tea is mad spicy my eyes are watering but it's good as Poole was super spicy and Ellie got mild – ice cream walking on Broadway Wednesday night tomorrow's the drops stage is at the bottom of the street that's the stage it's pretty rowdy out here just cruising streets are shut down campeón celebrity watch yeah pretty busy a lot of people in their football gear very sweet lotta neon lights is Nashville Smashville all right yourself very sweet Nissan Stadium downtown g—men Eli what up New York say Quan pretty cool Nashville was awesome had a great time heading to Texas now but music is great people are friendly the NFL Draft was unbelievable the atmosphere was just insane it's jus it was like New Year's Eve backstreet's food was amazing like I said barbecue food got to go to like a little local spot it's really cool cuz there's a city life and then you know you drive 20 minutes and it's very very very country I enjoyed it got to spend some time down at the draft eat some food listen to music I'm not a country music guy but I appreciate it someone like a Taylor Swift goes back to Nashville and she's just like a god she's a rock star and people really love her for that she was there at the NFL Draft singing there were some other people I don't know exactly who um there's that famous place I think it's called Tootsie's or something like that with the purple they got took over by the NFL so there was craziness going there but Broadway is just madness there's always bachelorette parties people just want to have a fun time Nashville is a great city I really enjoyed it so shout out to Nashville I'll be back I got some friends that lived there so I will definitely be back thank you for letting me spend some time there alright peace out about to leave already come with me

American Food – 5 Foods You HAVE to Try in St. Louis!

American Food - 5 Foods You HAVE to Try in St. Louis!

good morning adventures today we are in st. Louis Missouri did you know that this city is the birthplace of a bunch of super interesting dishes like gooey butter cake something called a slinger and of course st. louis-style ribs and a whole bunch of other things so today we're on a mission to try some of the most interesting and delicious looking foods on the list hope you're hungry up first we are at the mud house which is downtown and st. Louis and we're trying bare slinger one thing to note they have a vegan slinger so everyone can come and enjoy I know you can't add ham or bacon to this one I think some of them you can add like burger patties and sometimes they have like meat chili and stuff like that there's all different kinds we're really excited to see what this was all about it supposed to be highly rated I think it's going to be delicious we're starting off with a little black piece because we need a little caffeine in our lives yes the Lucifer so a slinger is typically more of a greasy spoon type of place that's where you go to usually get it but this place came highly recommended and when one of something a little bit on these food log days eat so much bad stuff and we have a lot of high-calorie foods in tour for us today we wanted to eat something that was maybe a little bit more on the healthy side I guess the only difference you would get is at a diner a lot more free and then a really meaty chili and then like really fine hashbrowns but it looks like we have some eggs here fried potatoes we've got the chili got onions which sorry Eric you don't always but that's one of the big ingredients and then a huge side of bacon you literally can't go wrong with chili potatoes and eggs right and then any sort of meat it's fantastic it's actually black bean chili I imagine you can get any kind of chili and I also read that you can get it without beans if you don't like them but ours is really well-seasoned I mean this seems kind of like your run-of-the-mill chili I guess but a little bit healthier with the black paint and you guys it has so much cheese in there it's magnificent all right my turn to give this a try now oh man I'm so good it tastes like you know the type of the taste of the chili is kind of like it just reminds me like a chili dog you know it's just like straight-up classic feeds and chili it's really good and adding the bacon in there as welcome this look this bacon bacon it's pretty perfect that is what I want my bacon Phillips and I'm not even a huge bacon fan because it's never quite done right this is awesome so we're eating the slinger for breakfast but what we read was that it's very popular like drunk food or a hangover food so it's really popular with the late-night crowd so I magic people you know really late at night after they've been drinking they'll go to like a greasy food place to pick up something like this quick history lesson st. Louis was into the 1904 World's Fair it was actually known as the Louisiana Purchase exposition back then and a ton of really interesting foods were believed to have been invented there yeah things like dr. pepper the waffle or then what it is a waffle cone yeah the waffle cone the ring spun cotton candy even sweetie but the truth is that a lot of these foods weren't actually invented there but they were popularized there so you have st. Louis to thank for a lot of the sweet junk foods that we know and love today so we've just been exploring the city a bit and I really need to get a haircut we found this random hair screen that says they do haircut so I went in got myself a nutria but anyways I think we're going to head off to our next place oh we're going to go eat some peas that you guys so we've come to a place called Faraci pizza which is this unassuming little place just off the highway and there's a couple locations in st. Louis that we defined but this one is in a town called LFO which is just outside of the main city center but they're supposed to have some really excellent pizza and toasted ravioli which were about the tracks at first we're trying these little toasted raviolis which are just what you think they are little raviolis that have been fried so they're nice and crispy we got it with tomato sauce but you could also get it with water sauce but they say that it was originated here in a neighborhood called the hill although in Sicily they do eat fried raviolis that are referred to as meat pillows so some people say that they were originally invented there but rumor has it it was England it is like a little meat pillow is it yeah it's really good just kind of like burst with flavor when you bite into it I think it's just kind of a Italian sausage that's in there and it makes a nice and salty with the tomato sauce on that it's a very good combination so the Pizza has arrived in a books magnificent so one of the unique things about single style pizza is that they use a certain type of cheese that's really only popular here you really don't find it anywhere else it's called provel it's cheddar Swiss and provolone kind of mixed together and you buy it in this legal block and it makes it like really buttery but it's really not popular anywhere this is st. Louis so that's why if you want to try it on a proper single piece you got to come here it's another way you can do it so we just kind of got a small pizza to share and you can kind of design your own so we got pepperonis on there and tomatoes just kept it simple with a price where it's super thin and it's almost like a kind of cracker because they don't really put yeast in it so it makes for a really unique style of pizza plus they bake it square and they cut it into squares so no triangle people here she did warn us it was going to be too hot the taste is good as it look because it looks awesome it's so good that cheese really is just really creamy and buttery it is very hot but you can see how thin the crust in there is it really it actually looks like a little cracker very delicious the cheese is interesting it doesn't really taste like any other cheese that I've had it's very very creamy so most um it's almost a little bit like Velveeta or something do you think yeah that's very very potent texture definitely we kept the tomato sauce from the ravioli oh yeah we did now we got a little dip uh yeah so we weren't really sure what to expect because this place doesn't exactly look like much but we were pleasantly surprised I have to say that was one of the best pieces I've ever had it was very unique and it tasted really good really fresh yeah now we've come to a place called Russell's Cafe and Bakery this place is known for its gooey butter cake it has all sorts of different flavors did it say how many different types maybe like ten or something yes right so they have a bunch of them so we're going to pick out a couple and try some we're also going to get some coffee and just chill it gets more chest so we got ourselves a couple of giant iced coffees and I went with the kind of regular style butter cake and house and one with the chocolate chip which looks freakin amazing gooey butter cake is made with cake flour lots of butter eggs and then it's topped with powdered sugar I don't think I can see all of they're not gonna be like that oh good Mickey's already there's so much sugar it's very uh it's a lot more crunchy than I thought it would be kind of a big buy it probably should come oh well so good it reminds me of like you know any time we've had like tea and biscuits that kind of a nice place this is like the FISC is going to use a tea but it is very very rich and freakin just fantastic I'm literally just going to get a scoop of just the top stuff and track it that long oh no it's alright ma'am it's like um it's like custard right my custard am brulee oh yeah I'm real a what a really reminds me and that cream with that powdered sugar is just insanely good it's really really rich so this will give you a stomach ache quick but mean is it delicious so we've been sitting at the bakery for the last few hours I managed to finish up a blog but I'm feeling very very faint because I think I had a bit of a sugar rush from earlier I told you guys are really bad at eating sugar so I think we're going to rush to our next spot we are heading to we are going to sugar fire for some st. louis-style ribs so check it out sugar fire was actually recommended to us by the barber that we went to earlier we were going to go to a different place but we figure you're always better off going with the locals recommendation you [Applause] we have arrived and you see there's a huge line which is usually a good time so we've quartered our ribs and they look magnificent we also got a side of baked beans which is kind of spilling over and it's a mix of brown and black beans which is awesome we've got a potato mix here that's mostly potato and cabbage so I think there's some cabbage kind of mixed in there first we're going to sauce this thing up with a faintly oh man I think these are going to be super tender there pull it apart so easily [Applause] it is so good I mean just it's ridiculously amazing it is nice and crispy on the outside but so juicy on the inside like perfectly smoked and sweet and the barbecue sauce on top is just oh I don't know if I've ever been this excited to try something on a food Bobby you're a weird man it's insane man the meat literally like you can see it as this falls right off there and it's super juicy oh yeah it's so good and I'm not sure if you know maybe we should try it should've tried it without the sauce I don't know but the sauce really adds like a kick to it cause it's super sweet and a little bit hanging very very good I've never really been a fan of ribs and I've just been trying them this year they're friggin awesome it's my new favorite barbecue [Applause] that was seriously some of the best barbecue I've ever had and we had a lot of good barbecue in Texas and I would have never thought that st. Louis had that good a barbecue you know I am definitely a recent rib convert I always thought I was too much work too messy but they're so good Mena's wash your hands afterwards easy by the way we forgot to mention that we actually made a video last year where we came to st. Louis and did a bunch of like fun and free things there's actually a kind of stuff to do in this city on the cheap that way you spend your money on the delicious food and not the sights but we'll link to that one in the description below so that's all for today if you guys enjoyed this little adventure of ours make sure you subscribe hit that like button leave us a comment let us know what you thought about it yeah and as always we will put the prices of everything the ate today down below as well as links to everywhere let's see you can go there when you come in visit good night adventurers let's be on the road

French Food Tour – 5 Dishes to Try in Paris, France! (Americans Try French Food)

French Food Tour - 5 Dishes to Try in Paris, France! (Americans Try French Food)

Good morning, [adventurers]. We are spending the week in Paris Which is notorious for having some pretty delicious food, so we thought we'd spend the day going around and trying some local dishes So first up we really want to find some delicious crepes So we've come to the third district and we come to a market called the Marché Des Enfants Rouge which translates to The red children's Market, and it's this market is really popular. It was built originally in in 1628 We read and it's Paris's oldest covered market. We're going to see if we can find a delicious crêpe here somewhere There came to "Chez Hélène" and the line is really long, but hopefully that means the crepes are going to be really really good Quick update we've been waiting just about an hour now for these crepes, so if you do end up coming here Be prepared to wait hopefully it's worth the wait though.
Yeah, have a bigger snack than we had This guy is a character you guys. He's having a lot of fun with all these people This guy also makes sandwiches we've been watching him make them in their absolutely badass if we weren't here for the crepes We were definitely beginning those [inaudible] born and live in San Francisco.
Oh that's awesome turns out, his son lives San Francisco, so he's showing us pictures Check out this crazy guys. God it's massive Look at this thing. I've never seen a grave like this in my life. [I'm] glad we didn't break and get in line Alright, we've waited long enough time to dig and [leaf] suckers down go ahead. Yeah I don't know how to begin yeah we got oh, [you're] [at] the carny Which is onions cheese? and ham I think and then you got the veggies so with his lettuce and tomatoes and cheese and Prosciutto [it] as good as it [looks] look. That's pure Magic. Mm-hmm. It's so crispy and delicious. Oh my gosh [it's] [a] [bridge] [into] life. He is to get all the [different] items in the one bike let's try it I dropped my precious meat. Oh, no pretty messy [street] food goes. I have this wad of napkins and the aftermath on the Video yeah, just was a little more manageable. Yeah Now I was feeling a little bit under the weather this morning But he decided to come on join [us] so they didn't want to miss all. [it's] just food Come to Paris and not get a metro. So we're going to go hit up here her may I think [a] lot [of] people go to a place called lotterae, so we couldn't this one is slightly better from the locals And they're located all over the city and you can go check out different areas. Whatever is close to you Macarons look absolutely delicious, but the smallest box is 18 euros, so be prepared to spend a little bit We found ourselves a little [bench] to chill out while we give these macarons a try so if you're not familiar with [Macaron], it's classified as a Confection, and it's made with like a egg white icing almond Powder [or] ground almond and food colorings, and I guess that's [how] they get the some of the color in there But we got quite an assortment of Flavors I can't remember what everything is but I know this one is olive oil on pretty [tight] because it sounds horrible So this is a Macaron this particular one is Olive oil they say which means [seems] like a really strange flavor for some macarons. I'm dying to know what it's like Yeah, like oh, Mindy Yeah, they're very like thick and gooey on the inside And I think some of them only have like a subtle hint of the kind of flavor that they put into [our] lovely Yeah, kind of some booing. They're like a Lemon-lime kind of kind of goop yeah Yeah, I mean, [I] guess I can taste olive oil, but mostly it's a ton of a lemon lime a little little part [delight] And brows yeah oh They're pretty good No, not good Diversion was my great a cycle role is Didn't though it's very floral [rose] doesn't seem like a flavor. It's not the type of thing you want to be saving It's a little strange. I'll be honest Yeah, it's not like it tastes bad because all the macarons are made with a lot of the same ingredients So they all kind of have [a] similar taste But it has like the essence of rose you can just like taste it in your mouth and honey No Macaron for you No We've just been spending the last couple hours walking around the city seeing all the sights But we've managed to work up another appetite after all those macarons So we're going to we really want to try some nice croissants And we found a place nearby that the clothes have some pretty good [ones] We recently found out fit the difference between [straights] croissants and the ones that are curved these ones that are straight have real butter in them and a curve those typically have margarine and So you should not order the curved ones into an appearance to go straight? off the leg Good. I am glad when I'm at How's the light? Super Crispy and crunchy on the outside and just so light and fluffy and buttery on the inside. [oh] yeah I was a good person you know these are super like moist and Flaky on the inside really buttery a little bit sweet I Mean that's pretty much perfect you All right, so it's getting about [dinnertime] We're going to go eat some raw [beet] also known as steak tartare steak tartare is a really well-known Dish around here I don't know how popular it is or people are eating it every day, but ever since we visited France a few years ago We really wanted to try. We're just too scared to try it back then because after all it's like Robbie, right? That's a big. No-no it when you're from the Usa That is steak tartare It literally just looks like ground-up beef there we go And we got it without normally they have all this [mixed] in so we thought we'd do it on our own It's all on the side [using] capers and onions and parsley Yeah, and I got onion soup all my life. I grew up eating fried onions, but now that I'm in Paris. This is onion soup I got it man guys. I'm not crazy outside of the church You might have to try it first yeah Go for it. Yeah. I bought a book might be regretting this decision Tastes like Orion program is it any good [honey]? It's not bad [Lilly] stop Are you going to try it? I gotta admit. It's not appetizing. I'm a hoarder at all. How many [well]? It's not as bad as [II] like once you get over the idea that It's just raw ground-up meat really just [taste] like burger is like hamburger. [yeah] Pretty good. You got to try the egg. I don't know about that The tartare [dealing] the show but Allison's also got to try this onion soup. She's got It's like really good fresh chicken soup yeah. Yeah, it's good you two got really chilly today This is perfect for the weather So we couldn't really finish the entire thing But I'm proud of the progress that we made we've been doing it And it was a pretty good experience overall it was actually pretty tasty It's just a hard thing to stomach because it's raw you know There's just something strange about it, but I probably try it again for sure So hope you guys enjoyed coming along with us on this little food day It was really it meant a lot to us because we studied french before and we really [loved] the French culture So we were really dying to try a lot of these dishes Especially the tartar even though you know maybe I'm going to try it again I think I need to work up to finishing the whole thing Yeah, it's a lot to commit [to] but if you don't like the raw version you should get jaikrit Which is cooked steak and fries and we can link to a place below actually that we didn't get to try today But we here is really good But we'll also link below to all the places that we went to [they] Will link to all the dishes that we tried so that when you guys come here to paris you can try these dishes as well And as always leave us a comment, let us know what you thought about the video Let us know if there's any dishes that you really like in paris that other people should try that we should try the next time We're here in item Entry be on the road
