what is up guys Malcolm back again for majestic skies today I am in downtown Columbus Ohio it's just in Cincinnati and I'm just going to give my first impressions and how it compares to some of the other cities I've seen on my travels so far it feels a lot more laid back than Cincinnati for sure for one the parking was way more reasonable at his park my car is three dollars for the entire day so not too bad it's a weekend though usually it's about five bucks a day at no that's fun it was that but still pretty good considering so I'm just going to a top-rated Mexican restaurant here apparently just has some good cheap food and yeah I just check out some of the you know local attractions here in Columbus and yeah see what the city has to offer but so far I'm liking it definitely seems like my kind of city alright so now I'm just outside of the Ohio State House and I am in the heart of downtown as you can see here the same tool as you can get and my first impressions of Columbus are pretty positive the city's a pretty clean city really well looked-after streets no potholes everywhere you'll see in a lot of other cities and overall it seems like a city that has it all together for the most part what's going on and I've got the hustle and bustle of a big city but it still feels kind of laid-back is my first impression so from here I'm probably just gonna gonna browse around and still didn't go to that Mexican place so I'm going to go over there get a quick bite to eat and yeah see where I end up from there oh man that plays that really good food now add an urban art space in our downtown just asking a little small as I just totally wandered into that place and it seems like there's a lot you can do just by kind of wandering around the city which is heavenly sign of a good city in my opinion and now fortunately my selfie stick broke so if you see my hand in the shots that's that's why I'll try to avoid it but yeah it literally just broke and ya can't get it fixed until a few days from now so is what it is are as I'm now in Bicentennial Park in downtown Columbus and it appears there's some sort of event going on have no idea what sort of event is going on but I guess we'll find out well apparently this is all one big Arts Festival so yeah I guess I picked a pretty good day to be in Columbus whereas I decide to leave the arts festival and I'm now outside the Ohio theatre the very old theater that's been here for quite a while apparently and just a beautiful part of town lots to see lots to do so I'm not sure we're all head from here but it's gonna be an adventure either way one of the other things I've noticed about Columbus is it's a very gay and queer friendly City which is just great to see I did hear that but you know I just think in our modern society you really don't have any room for hate anymore definitely a forward-thinking City which is a healthy good thing in my books man Columbus has another one of those video arcade bars I think I'm gonna have to go inside for at least a drink like a couple arcade games just can't resist probably well film it since it's gonna be pretty much the same as the one I went to in Cincinnati but yeah definitely gonna go inside for a little bit so from here I'm gonna be heading out of downtown Columbus now but my first impressions are it's a pretty nice city definitely a lot of growth going on and it's a pretty diverse city that's not closed-minded in any way that I could see so it's really good to see and I'll definitely be coming back here again so other than that though I do think you guys very very much for watching this video and make sure to LIKE comment and subscribe for more travel and adventure videos
